Disinfect and sterilise instrument and equipment as required

Booking of appointments for the patients

Responsible for patient’s information and sending reminders for dental treatment

Prepare, manage and monitor cases being sent to and received from the lab(s)

Answer customer queries via telephone calls.

Be customer centric and deliver high touch experience. Tackle first level complaint with a pleasant disposition.

Agility to handle services and requests effectively & efficiently.

Up-to-date with clinic and marketing information to provide accurate information in a timely manner.

Support other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

Coordinate office and operations activities to ensure compliance to company policies.

Manage phone calls and correspondence.

Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.

Create and update personnel, financial and other data records.

Prepare presentations/proposals as assigned and submit timely reports.

Assist and support colleagues, and company’s auditing procedure whenever necessary.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients including regular cleaning, surgical extraction, implants, braces, root canals etc.

Educate patients on maintaining proper oral health.

Communicate with dental staff / team regarding patient treatment plans.

Prescribe medication.

Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments and consultations.
